Graftek, LLC. was founded in Boulder Colorado in July of 1996 and is fully owned by C-Tech, Austria, a long term large GRAFTEK distributor for German speaking countries. Graftek took over software development responsibilities for the GMS product line along with acquiring the rights to support and market the former GRAFTEK products on a worldwide basis. Graftek, LLC. was formed with a mission to reinvest in the GMS, AGILE and SIMUFLOW software product lines, bringing them forward into the future as a state of the art design and manufacturing software solution. By the end of 2025 Graftek, LLC was closed and Graftek, LLC was founded to take over that business.
