C-Solutions, Inc. was founded in Boulder Colorado in July of 1996 and is fully owned by C-Tech, Austria, a long term large GRAFTEK distributor for German speaking countries. C-Solutions took over software development responsibilities for the GMS product line along with acquiring the rights to support and market the former GRAFTEK products on a worldwide basis.

C-Solutions, Inc. was formed with a mission to reinvest in the GMS, AGILE and SIMUFLOW software product lines, bringing them forward into the future as a state of the art design and manufacturing software solution.
